Matt Ecoff is a great Realtor!  He went over and beyond with my 85-year-old parents.  Not only did he sell them a house, getting them $300k off the asking price, he got the seller to split the cost of a new roof.  On top of that, he helped set up all of their utilities, helped them find contractors, set those appts, and made sure all of them were scheduled timely to ensure they had a smooth transition into their new home. Matt comes to meet you professionally dressed, is always on time,  and ready to work hard.  Matt is also very friendly, funny, and passionate about his work. It never seems like he is just after the money. He genuinely seems to love what he is doing; you can feel it when working with him.  He has even gone over to my parent’s house several times AFTER he sold it to them, just to see the renovations. He had no obligation to do that, yet it seemed as if he was as excited as them to see the renovations.  My parents are now calling him their adoptive son.
